A new promotion by Tesco Finance for their home insurance products gives anyone taking out a new policy with them a very nice GBP75 discount off Hotpoint appliances.

The promotion runs through until 6 February and is open to Tesco clubcard holders, with the discount being applicable to purchases made via the Tesco Direct service. Tesco Finance have done this type of promotion before, using the primary businesses of the company to support and promote others. It is certainly beneficial to customers since it delivers a very practical benefit.

Another practical benefit of the Tesco Finance insurance is cover for data that has been bought, typically MP3 and MP4 files – music and video. Held on PCs and MP3 players such data is often overlooked so it is great that Tesco Finance are thinking about it, especially since it is a market that is growing at a phenomenal rate.
