It has been revealed by Asda home insurance that many house owners are taking advantage of the stamp duty holiday period that is scheduled to end very soon.
Figures from a top mortgage comparison site say that property owners who have a house that is valued less than £175,000 have been searching for a new home has increased considerably over the last three months.
In the last few months they have seen a big increase, nearly ten per cent actively searching for a new mortgage deal.
It is very clear that many homeowners that are looking to move to new property wish to try and take advantage of the stamp duty holiday, before it stops and comes to an end.
