House prices have increased during November states Nationwide

Nationwide the household insurance specialist has just released news that house prices for November have increased when compared to October prices.

New data concerning the house price index has revealed that the average valuation of a house in the England is £162,764, this has increased by just over £700 if you compare it to last months average price for a house that was £162,038 in October.

One of Nationwide’s mortgage specialist says that the average house price is now at the same level as in the early months of 2006. House prices in the UK are moving in the right direction showing a small incremental growth from month to month.

The housing market’s future seems very reliable on the labour market situation and the current economic state of the UK.
